About Phoenix

DroneTeam Twente developed the Phoenix for the 2021 UAS Challenge, winning the “Most Promising” award. Phoenix combines plane and quadcopter technology, enabling vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) alongside high-speed long-distance flight, making it ideal for emergency relief missions.

Mission Profile

UAVs are highly mobile and can reach locations without ground infrastructure. Phoenix is designed to provide disaster relief in remote areas, carrying a payload to where it’s needed most.
